Belhurst
Merlot, 2005
*2007 New York Wine & Food Classic - Silver
The complex
nose of our Merlot ‘05 has strong scents of smoke and cedar.
As you enter into the mouthfeel a robust, chewy black cherry
flavor is gained. The finish carries the flavors through
into many different black fruit style notes. The tight dry
finish is what allows this wine to be laid down for years to
come. This particular vintage more closely resembles the
taste of a West coast Cabernet rather than an East coast
Merlot. RS, 0%
