GENEVAN NAMED TO BOARD

January, 2005 (GENEVA, NEW YORK) — Belhurst owner and President
 Mr. Duane R. Reeder has been selectedto serve on the Advisory Board of Long Grove Bloodstock, LLC, based in Atlanta Georgia.

Long Grove Bloodstock provides various services to thoroughbred horse owners, including pinhooking, brood mare selection and management, race horse selection, partnership and sales management.

As a valued member of the Advisory Board, Mr. Reeder will assist in developing business models for the small thoroughbred breeding operations.

A well esteemed businessman, Reeder is President of D.R.R.,L.P a real estate holding company with commercial and residential properties in Buffalo, Syracuse, Rochester, and Geneva, including Belhurst – a well known resort in the Finger Lakes which receives over 100,000 guests annually.

President of Bar D Farms, Inc, a 200-acre farm located in Romulus, NY which breeds and races thoroughbreds, Mr. Reeder is also a member of Thoroughbred Owners & Breeders Association (TOBA) and the New York Thoroughbred Breeders (NYTB).

Also serving with Reeder on Long Grove’s Advisory Board is Rich Santos, Group Publisher of Primedia Wealth Management Group and Wendy Johnson, President of Dale Carnegie of Georgia.
